A strawberry milkshake is a delicious, refreshing, and filling treat. These milkshakes seem to be enjoyed by many when they are creamy, smooth, and bursting with real strawberry flavor. During the summer they are a perfect treat or dessert on those hot sticky days. Try having one for breakfast as they will nourish your body and are sure to get your day off to a great start.
Sure it may seem faster and easier to just head out to a fast food stop and pick up a milkshake. The problem though is that we really don't know how the drink was put together. Many fast food places use syrup or pink dyes instead of real strawberries plus add extra sugars which are really not needed. That's what makes this recipe healthy. There is no sugar, ice cream, or syrups. Just natural ingredients.
It is just as easy to plug in your blender and mix your own. All you really need are four ingredients and just a few minutes to whip up. This is what makes it really convenient, healthy, and tasty.

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
